Kungfufish - Thanks. I was thinking of online videos though.

1.6 mile walk
30 situps
20 squats
125 jumps (jump rope)

Today I changed the routine up, did some yoga with weights. I'm feeling it in my stomach, it's amazing!

Other than that I walked for about 50 minutes total.

Food:
a bowl of cereal, a piece of toast with butter and jam, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
sweet potato fries, a piece of toast with cheese, a single serve box of dry cereal, two cups of water, yogurt covered almonds
mac n cheese with peas and tuna, two cups of water
a cup of coffee, a slice of apple pie, more water

Exercise:
ran 40 mins at 8 min/mile pace with slow jogging between each mile

Today:
a bowl of cereal, a piece of toast with butter and jam, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a small bowl of mac n cheese, sweet potato fries, a piece of cheese, two cups of water
yogurt covered almonds, a piece of chocolate, two glasses of beer
two pieces of toast with butter and jam, more water

Exercise:
2x12 leg extension, 2x12 leg curl, 2x12 leg press, 2x12 bicep curl, 2x12 tricep extension, 2x10 aductors, 25 sit ups, 1x20x21 inclined push ups plus 4 modified, obliques, 2x12 butterflies

biked thirty minutes at >80 rpm

In addition to my usual workout (25 intense minutes on elliptical, ~25 minutes weights + stretching, biking to and from work, 4.1 mi each way), I just ran 10k! Definitely the longest I've ever run. EVER. And my legs are hating my guts right now (walking up the stairs to the apartment SUCKED), but OMG am I so proud of myself.

Today and yesterday: my usual walk. I added some stuff on top now. I am now doing some strength training so I did 30 crunches, 10 pushups, 30 chest press, 30 chest fly, 30 squats, 125 jumps and this thing where you take a weight on the floor, lift it up to your shoulder then reach it as high as you can, then do the reverse to the floor. I did about 10 on each arm (yesterday with a 20 lb weight, today with 30 lb, I don't have any heavier weights )

Uuuuugh, the yoga with weights ended up kicking my butt! Took today and yesterday to rest my muscles. I did my usual walking, but didn't manage to do anything else. I do like the yoga weights, though. I'll just have to lower the amount of weight I do it with, I think.

played badminton for an hour. Oh happy day!

I agree, congrats on the 10k! I have friends who do stuff like that, maybe I'll have to join them.

Just mowed the yard. We live on a hill and so I'll consider pushing the lawn mower up that thing as my weight lifting for the day. *dies*

I usually don't mind the heat, but this was murder. I'm gonna go be lazy for the rest of the day.

I did a few weights yesterday, and walked my usual today and yesterday. Did crunches yesterday and planning to do crunches and weights later.

Unfortunately, completely horrible today on everything having to do with food and exercise.
No exercise (I did park as far as possible from class, but I don't count that since I have a small campus) and lots of food when I DID eat.

Ooh hey, i haven't been here in a while. Probably because I haven't done ANYTHING in a while.
Yesterday (Monday):
1.5 hours of hip hop/jazz which included push-ups and sit-ups and gravity stretches and overstretching my splits....and failing miserably at hip hop.
In fitness, I walked at a moderate pace for around 20 minutes and played volleyball for the rest of the period (1.5 hour period)
Today (Tuesday):
1.5 hours ballet technique
1 hour pointe/flat because I couldn't take the too-small shoes.
I also tried to put all the rest of my remaining energy into dancing Happy Synthesizer with lots and lots and lots of energy...but I only lasted a minute and a half because my legs are SO tired.
