A day off today

Food:
Frosted mini wheats, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
eggs scrambled with ham, cheese, mushrooms, and spinach, two cups of water
A peppermint mocha
brie, crackers, grapes, half an apple, salad with chicken, a class of white wine
a cup of tea, a piece of dark chocolate, copious amounts of water

@Rjr3412 congrats on the both the weight lifting and the weight loss! I'm assuming the weight loss is a good thing anyways, if it's not, eat a stick of butter and hang in there.

Thanks!! It's definitely a good-ish thing. While the number on the scale isn't necessarily important, it is an indicator that something is changing. I am trying to lower my body fat from about 13% to 8 or 9%. The process has proven fairly slow though, because I don't want to cut calories any lower.

Food:
Granola, with yogurt, one cup of coffee, two cups of water
a handfull of pretzels, a piece of bread with nutella, applesauce with yogurt, an orange slice, a quarter cup of protein shake, three cups of water
Dinner will be pumkin, black bean and ham soup, cornbread, vegetables of some kind, copious ammounts of water.
Frozen custard maybe? I usually treat myself on long run days, but my stomach wasn't feeling so hot after my run. hence the very bizarre mix of things I ate afterwards instead of an appropriate post-run lunch.

Exercise:
ran/jogged 15 miles! Averaged about a 10 min/ mile pace.

Food: Breakfast consisted of French toast and sausage. Lunch was nothing. Dinner was fried chicken bites. Throughout the day I was munching on cookies, chocolate and candy canes.
Exercise: None. . . Jeez, it's been a week and I still haven't taken a walk. . . unless I absolutely do not have time, I swear on the present I'm getting from my twin brother (I don't know what it is) I will go for a walk. No guarantees on eating healthy though, as we're holding one party and going to another.

Exercise: Running around the house and bursting into bouts of dance. ;D

Exercise
2 sets of 35 reps for lunges,
2 sets of 45 reps for sit ups,
2 sets of 10 reps for squat with front kicks (I think they're called?),
18 push-ups,
25 modified push-ups,
2 mile walk alternating with running,

Push ups just never get any easier. My arms feel like they're about to fall off.

Food
Breakfast: 1 pear, 6 piece of sake sushi, 3 french toast, 1 glass of milk, half a glass of orange juice,
Lunch: 6 piece of sake sushi. XD Breakfast and this took a chunk out of my cosplay budget! *winces*
Dinner: Ugh...I don't remember. I think it was beef curry but I inhaled it without really looking.

If any of you live in the Chicago area, Katy's Dumpling House in Naperville has the best chinese food that I've ever had in a restaurant in the US

Honestly, I don't even REMEMBER what I ate yesterday, but on Sunday, I had a bunch of junk food and unhealthy-ish foods all day.

Nothing yet today to eat nor any exercise.

Food:
Today was not a good day for food.
Coffee cake, pineapple and strawberries, a cookie, two cups of coffee, two cups of water
a potsticker, two pieces of crab rangoon, chicken and beef over rice, a cup of water
cheese bread (too much), carrots, pineapple, two cups of chocolate milk,
more water

exercise:
50 mins on the treadmill at 8.5 min miles with slow jogging between each mile. Eating the coffee cake before this was a BIG mistake.
