Matching Face with Character for me > -<?

When I saw the first photo of you without wearing glasses I thought of:

Very few people are tall enough to cosplay Sweden. I do it, at 5'6" (although height insoles bump me up to like 5'8.5"), so it can be done if you are not exceptionally tall, since people tell me I pull it off rather well. Of course, I'm also scary (see avatar) and can keep a straight face for days despite being a very non-serious person.

If you want to do it, go for it (nobody ever cosplays Sweden, which is fun if you like going places and getting tackled and fangirled repeatedly), although any of the others suggested would be cute also.

Personally, I think you'd be an adorable Japan or Korea, but that's just me. Don't worry about height. I'm 5'3" and France and my Russia's 5'2". Heels are a magical thing. If you wanted to, you could go ahead and cosplay America. Ha! Maybe you'd be a good England, but as a France cosplayer, I simply can't bring myself to encourage anyone to be that scone-loving idiot. orz.

Cosplaying is wonderful when you look like your character, but I've found that in the Hetalia fandom at least, people appreciate it also if you can act like them. (At least that's what the group around here is like. There's like fifty or so of us scattered about.) If you can do both, that would be awesome, but if you would have more fun acting like a character, then go for it.

Get ready for the unhelpful comment of unhelpful, but I've always been an advocate of simply cosplaying your favorite character or the character whose design you like the best, rather than try to match your appearance.

It's amazing what a bit of makeup can do to alter your appearance after the fact!
