Miku hatsune boots?

i am looking for tutorials or advice on how i would go about makeing themiku hatsune boots, could anyone help please, ref pic: http://www.uscos00.com/syssite/home/...small/5211.jpg

Hrm, what a lot of people seem to do, is just get black maryjanes and paint the teal around the bottom, then buy black socks that are tall enough, and just put a teal strip around them.

Or if you really want them to be the tall boots, just buy a black pair, then hot glue some blue ribbon around them. c:

Those look like regular rain boots, just really high.

You could always get some boots, and make boot covers that have elastic, or snaps at the top to prevent them from falling down. (like, where it covers the boots, and kind of covers a part of your legs) and then paint the sole of the shoe, and sew on blue - ish fabric onto the edge of the boot cover.
