Portable Gurren lagaan Yoko Rifle
Hi i'm planning to go to Ax next year and cosplay Yoko's bounty hunter outfit and i would love to have her rifle. But i have to fly it from the uk to America. Dose anyone have a tutorial or do commision weapon props that can be portable. Eg colapsable?

My suggestion, is to use a Nerf Gun as a base. You got three choices:
Longstrike: http://www.thinkgeek.com/images/prod...ifle_parts.jpg Recon: http://i16.photobucket.com/albums/b8...f_Recon_04.jpg Longshot: http://www.quilop.com/files/longshot.jpg With these, the Barrel is detachable from the main gun. So, when you make the Sniper Rifle over the Nerf Gun, the long sniper barrel will be able to come off and make ti easier for transportation.

Bjonsie13: Here, I actually recently finished my Halo Sniper Rifle, same exact concept, here: http://cosmicangelsephiroth.devianta...ifle-213226911 and it comes apart at the base of the Recon Barrell and makes it easy as hell to transport. I couldn't imagine trying to transport it with it in one piece
