Jessica Rabbit Dress

I've done a search but not much turns up. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good pattern to alter for Jessica Rabbit? I know I'm going to have to build in a bra since I'm a D-cup, as well as use clear straps to form a back and halter strap to help support the dress, seeing as how it's backless with a sweetheart front. Boning probably wouldn't be a bad idea either.

Simplicity has a few dresses you could use and just modify the back to it...and use LOTS of sock glue or double sided tape to keep it on lol. Boning is definitely a good idea, google search for very low cut prom dresses for other ideas of how to get the dress to stay on.
