I just don't digest greasy food well, so I was never a fan of it. I also can't eat much beef (also gives me indigestion), so it can be tricky to find non-beef burgers. Usually when I do a fast-food style meal, I get subway, Vietnamese, crepes, or, if I'm having a craving, poutine. I just can't find anyone lately that makes a GOOD poutine for a GOOD price...

My stomach doesn't take to overly greasy foods either. I end up with a really bad stomachache and needing to make multiple trips to the restroom.

Yah. I can't stand KFC, for that reason. There's a restaurant around my town called Dixie Lee (I know it's got a decent amount franchises, but I've only seen it in the areas around where I live- it actually started up close to it) that's WAY better. Same taste as KFC but WAY less greasy, and bigger pieces.

OMG I was on vacation in Quebec and stopped at one of these. DELICIOUS FOODS! I would really wish that a franchise would open in the big city >< (And KFC is absolutely crap yep lol)

I had Subway before the concert. I ordered the turkey breast with avacado and spinach sandwich.

I can eat hardly anything I like because of the fact that I'm pre-diabetic for type two and can't have a lot of insulin-spiking foods.

Which is essentially everything I like.

I just want a gigantic bar of milk chocolate and a fifty ounce cherry coke x_x

I can only eat the KFC grilled chicken now, the regular kind turns me way off not to mention usually ends up giving me a breakout. I used to eat alot of fast food, but these days I maybe have it once or twice a month now. I miss the England KFCs, they have actually very good chicken sandwiches.

Today, I ate a small portion of Hamburger Helper (Taco), some instant Yakisoba (Love this stuff) and unfortunately...about 10 chocolate chip cookies.

Thanks for the link! Your candy looks (and sounds) much more interesting than ours does.

My mom called today and apparently she and my dad are going to Vancouver for a couple days~ And so she's bringing me Fruit Pastilles! And maybe Wine Gums. o:

EDIT: Jelly filled turtles! What in the world are these?! *drool*

Gummy sweets filled with a sticky jelly-like filling (it means "jelly" in the sense of a gelatin based dessert. "Jello" in US English as I understand).

I've never actually seen them before though (although Rowntrees did "bursting bugs" for a while and they were pretty much the same thing).

Those sound hilariously awesome. o: I want to try them~

I did a test cart to see what prices would be like, and if I order two of anything at all, it's almost $10USD for shipping alone. DD:

I... may wait a bit on these. .-.

PS - What is a Pip? Is it like a chewy/gummy candy? And how come we never get flavors like blackcurrant and custard? D:

The only blackcurrant flavored candy I can find anywhere are these two. Haven't had time to taste the second one, but the first one? The bag alone made me want to buy them. xDD Also, they are pretty tasty.

Nope, they're made from crystalised sugar. Think of them as bags of ball bearings made of flavoured sugar or really course sugar granuals.
