Had what many people considered the best deep dish pizza place in Illinois today Lou Malnati's, and it was indeed very awesome! Then being the crazy person I am, decided to check out some ice cream place nearby right after even though I could barely walk after the pizza XD That ice cream though was so good!!! They put some freaking cookie dough on top of it!

Breakfast for dinner. Yummy. And some lindor candies for dessert. That reminds me, I should see if I have any carrots left. I'm either taking some carrot sticks to work to snack on or cheese and crackers... and if it wont go stale or soggy from sitting for a night, I usually prefer to make up my lunch/snacks the night before. Saves time in the morning.

So I am trying Japanese sticky egg rice, which is hot cooked rice with a raw egg stirred in so it's like a porridge and then some soy sauce is poured on top.
It's alright, nothing fantastic like people said it was. The egg ends up slightly cooked from using hot steamed rice and as I stirred it up it became kind of foamy. It's very creamy, and the longer it sits the more like 'cooked' egg it tastes. It's not bad, but not the kind of comfort food I'd go reaching for all the time.
