I ate pizza for dinner. It was painful. I haven't put on my retainers in 3-4 months, and I had to use A FORK AND KNIFE. >.> I hate doing that...*ended up tearing it apart* |

Yesterday I made a crockpot meal out of whatever was laying around-- kidney beans, black beans, black-eyed peas, barbecue sauce, a can of fire-roasted tomatoes, fresh mango salsa, hot sauce, and some chopped onion. We ate it with brown rice, and it actually was pretty decent.
Since there was a ton left over, tonight I'm combining it with cubed chicken, cheddar cheese, and tortillas to make a casserole. It makes me glad when cooking without a recipe doesn't end in flames, horror, and a lot of mopping.

I made white rice with veggies in it.. It was pretty good but I so wanted to eat that box of nutty buddies my sister has hiding in the cabinate... sooo I biked to work instead. |
