I have NO idea what to make for dinner. I'm somewhat leaning toward a salad, because it's hot and I haven't had much (read; basically none) for vegetables and fruit today... but perogies also sound pretty tempting and way more filling. However, I have to boil and then pan-fry those (which means, effing HOT), and they're not exactly the most nutritious things.

Well, out of curiosity, I made treacle tarts.
Turns out, they're pretty much pecan pie without the pecans.

It is a small, small world.

Does anyone know of a good recipe for fruit cheesecakes (ideally baked ones, I've already made set ones), I need more things to do with blackberries.
