In my office, there's currently:
-lemon-raspberry coffee cake -pineapple upside-down cake -mint chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese icing -pudding cake with fresh fruit topping HELL. YES.

So, I found a recipe for 2 ingredient ice cream. Obviously, I had to try it, since I can then add whatever flavorants I want to it, and it doesn't need a ice cream maker.
You whip 2 cups of cold heavy cream until it's stiff, and then you fold in 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, and then freeze in a covered container for six hours. Pros: It is delicious (and I especially love the flavor of sweetened condensed milk for some reason, so even better), it only takes six hours and change to make (where hand churning can take up to half a day, I've discovered), and you can make whatever random flavors you want. Cons: Price wise, probably not too terribly much less than real ice cream, and it isn't quite as robust. Final judgement: Hellz yes. I like weird ice cream flavors that you can't buy, so I'm going to abuse the crap out of this, even though it isn't perfect in consistency (but it's not off so much that it's not delicious). In fact, I think next time I'm going to steep some lavender lady grey tea in the cream and re-chill it, so that I can have lavender/lady grey tea.

My idea of breakfast right now: 3 scrambled eggs with kielbasa and peppers, toast with marmalade, hash browns, strawberries, a bagel with lox, a 16oz glass of orange juice, grits, an 8oz glass of cranberry juice, a bowl of oatmeal, several strips of bacon, some apple slices, and a bowl of Honey Nut Cherrios, all washed down with two pints of black, sweet coffee.
I am massively hungry.

So I finially, after some thinking, came up with a way of making curry with bacon and eggs. Now I had a half package of Vermont Curry, and anyone who has made the boxed curry knows it can be salty. Well Vermont is less salty to begin with. To further bring down the salt taste I added 2 boxes of coconut cream (not milk-cream) and the rest water. Mixed the eggs with condensed milk (it's all I had) and curry pouder scrambled with tomatos set aside. Browned some pataters, garlic, and sliced carrots added liquid brought to a boil added teh curry blocks and (cooked) bacon, spread over eggs adn rice and YUM! My roomate the whole time was giving me the eww look and calling me nuts. I'll give you a hint on who ate the most. Worst of all, the b-tch ate all the rice.

I had a piece of toast with a slice of ham on it.
Boyfriend had the rest of the yummy delicious chicken katsu. Nerg. Why doesn't 'diet' mean 'eat everything'?

Finished making some orange brioche buns with the aforementioned orange curd. They tasted like marmalade.
