Just KD and spam for dinner, because I wasn't super hungry and kinda tired when I came back from ballet. And man, the spam in this can is REALLY salty. Kinda gross.

I tend to find that frying spam (there's no need to use oil, just put it strait in the pan, like bacon) makes it less salty.

I tried Spam once. I did not like it, I honestly couldn't tell you what it tasted like - i couldn't get past the texture.

Anyways, I've baked my angel cake and I've just taken my pie crust out of the oven.

I'll make an orange meringue (well, clemantine, technically) pie when it's cooled.
