Some of my friends and I are going to have a group meetup at a beach, in the summer. I'd like to be able to go swimming in my cosplay though. I plan on either doing a togepi or a wartortle.
I'm most likely going to modify white swimsuits. I just don't know how to go about this. Is it possibly to paint on the details with spray paint? I've used the spray paint on fabric before, but I've never worked with swimsuit fabric before. If not spray paint, what would work?
