Megurine Luka Cosplay Pattern Help~!!!

Hai~ I'm cosplaying Megurine Luka and I'm a little stuck on patterns.

Luka Reference: http://www.projectdiva.info/wp-conte...oject-diva.jpg

Accual Costume Reference: http://www.godoon.com/productimg/ful...S/MHCS2041.jpg

I'm looking for a good pattern for the vest part and one for her skirt. I was hoping to find a vest pattern that gave you the turtle-neck-collar-like-thing. And if its possible could you give some segestions on what fabrics to use. (For the goldish and the black) PLEASE!!!!

Thank You So~o much! ^_^;

from experience, if you're not going to use a stretch fabric, DO NOT make the collar one piece with the rest of the outfit. It just never works. believe me, i've tried. your best bet is to make the collar separately.

for the shirt i'd use this pattern: http://www.simplicity.com/p-5826-mis...-or-shirt.aspx
and alter the bottom so it's not just flat but more rounded. just don't make the buttons

the skirt is actually really easy to edit from any skirt pattern without pleats, just add a slit to the left side
