Kill La Kill Kamui?

So for Otakon I plan on doing doing cosplay for Ryuko when she is in Senketsu Kisaragi form.
Over all the outfit is pretty revealing is there a way to make and wear it without the possibility of public nudity though?

You could look at how some people do her normal form to see how they cover up. How much skin do you want covered up? Like would you be find in a mini skirt or short shorts and the top just covering all of your boobs instead of just covering the top?
