Do floral wire cutters cut steel wires?

I'm just wondering, do floral wire cutters cut steel wires? I'm using them to bend pool noodles so I can make ken kaneki's kagunes. Thanks!

They probably do--most cutting instruments will cut lots of different things. The question is for how LONG they'll do it, unfortunately. I'm not sure what you mean specifically by floral wire cutters.

If you have access to a dollar store or a thrift store or a handy family member's garage, you can probably find a pair of pliers with a cutting head. Even when they're pretty dull, they can still work all right.

Or are you trying to find something that specifically WON'T cut the wire?

Possibly? Really depends on the steel, I think. Floral wire is really soft/pliable, and a pair of heavy-duty scissors could probably get through floral wire. Steel might require some tougher tools.

Depends on the gauge of wire. Different metals have different properties so steel is a lot harder than copper for example. A 1mm copper wire will be easier to cut than a 1mm steel wire.
