Teto's boots?
(I know Teto is an Utau, not a Vocaloid, but i don't know where else to put this where people would know who she is).

Skin tight and go up to the thigh. If i can't find any, i'll just wear black shoes and tall socks. But i'd much rather have boots like that. The only boots i can find that are close have totally high heels. I'm fine with heels (as i know i can never get 100% accurate heels) but not these gogo or stripper heels @___@

Most the Vocaloid/Utau cosplayers does the shoes and knee socks:

I actually made mine, and they weren't that hard!
I just bought a plain pair of wedges, a yard of black fabric, black zippers, pink bias, and did the drape technique. I've been meaning to make a tutorial but haven't found the time >.> D: They are really simple and fun to make. here is a picture! |

You could fine just plain tall boots online or at a store then add pink duck tape for the color on the bottom. You could possibly find some on Ebay too.
