You go to the Harry Potter Exhibit when it's in town; get sorted by the sorting hat, fangasm over being able to see everything, inspect the robes/clothing to see how it was done, point out all the variances from the books that pop up, fangasm some more, and finally head home calling it a day well spent.

I finally got around to watching Black Butler, I've only seen the first episode and I already want to cosplay it. But at the moment it's more because of the design.

You buy a cat collar and cat ears made for humans, and nobody's phased when they see you dancing around in it like an idiot at the Halloween dance. (This is so late, but oh well.)

You accidentally add Japanese suffixes to your friend's names. I couldn't catch myself one time today before it slipped out.

You FINALLY found your anime keychain that you lost, and everyone is like "YOU FOUND *insert-character's-name-here*!!!! " (I FINALLY found Willy today~ Everybody's like "YOU FOUND HIM!"...that's bad.)

Everyone knows your favorite animes/mangas even if they barely know you.

....This all happens in one day, and nearly every day. XD

xD I've made seasalt icecream too.. several times... my kairi loooves it

You know your a geek when..
You and your friends want to sew packages of condiments (ketchup, mustard ect) together and open them slightly so if someone punches you, you'd have reallly strange looking blood
(extra points for figureing out how to make a shirt out of sugar cubes so you can lick it all day)

You know you're a geek when you say you rather go to Comic-Con to spend more money there then going to some rinky-dink casino where they can manipulate your money there. Atleast I know that my money will be getting things I want and won't end up losing more than half of what I won.

That's why I plan to put it behind some other projects. I also need to hone my sewing skills.
