Zant Helm Construction, help?

I'm attempting to go as Zant this year, to either Otakon, or Nekocon.. I started working on the armour and all was going well, then I began work on the helmet. I'm stumped. Every attempt I've made ends up looking like I'm trying to make a racist statement. -______-

Does anyone know how to go about this, in an easy manner?

Lol, swear I'm not stalking you. But I would do it out of paper mache, and some pictures of what you have would be good to see what you could tweak. xD

Well I've never cospalyed Zant but for my Midna helmet I used camping foam from Walmart or Meijer....it's strong and also pretty light but I don't know if its what your looking for or will do what you need
