South Park Superhero Costume

Hey! I'm looking for some advice on fabric choices. I'm planning to cosplay a female version of Eric Cartmans superhero outfit, as seen in a few episodes of South Park. Most of it I can easily work out on my own, ears, tail, etc, but I have never really had any experience with full body suits before, and would really love some help!
(Mind, the colours are a bit dull on my horrible ref sketch, it's pretty much black and white.)
I've found this site (http://spandexworld.com/c3/catalog/browse/19) with a lot of fabric choices, but I'm not sure what to go with? I want something that looks glossy, that typical superhero look, yknow? But I also want something that's at least got at least a little bit of breathe to it, and fairly stretchy.
I was wondering if it would be easier to commission one, but the only sites I have found so far that would offer anything close are way out of my price range!
Any help I could get on this would be amazing!
