Olive oil mayo is pretty good, actually. It's oddly refreshing, which is SO the opposite of what mayonnaise is supposed to be.

I think it was texture that I thought was weird, not so much the taste.
And the fact that it was Kraft probably didn't help. I prefer Hellmans (if you live on the West Coast Hellmans = Best Foods)

How exactly did you do that gathering? I just assumed the method was pleating xD I genuinely have no idea what to do for it so any suggestions are super duper appreciated. I really like the way both those skirts came out.

The easiest and fastest way is to use a sewing machine. Set it to a regular straight stitch with a large stitch length, and don't knot one or both of the ends. Then you take the bobbin thread (the thread on the under-side of the fabric as you sew it with the machine) and pull on it. When you pull on it, you'll find that it starts scrunching up, and the more you pull, the more gathered it will be.
Or, you could do it by hand. Just use a regular running stitch and pull on the end.
With both ways it'll probably be easier to knot one side and just pull on the other.
Experiment with some fabric or something; it should be fairly easy to get a hang of.
