It's almost 11 here.....and I'm superduper tired because I haven't slept in school AT ALL (that's...probably a really good thing...) and I haven't been very productive today.
Except for buying aaaaaaaaall the stuff I need for prom. And playing with makeup. And making my shiny shoes sparkly too. I like sparkles. |

My poor friend. All she was trying to do was buy a bowler hat on eBay and her paypal account frak'd up, and now she's out $20. I know it's not, and that she wants the hat, but I can't help feeling like it's my fault since I was the one pushing her to buy the hat for her cosplay.

Starting my work shift, again annoyed to no end that they fail to make or probably sell hypoallerganic makkup in my color here. I got pale foundation and it gave me one hell of a noticable tan. Maybe I am whiter then I think I am, I have been working graveyard for 3 going on 4 years. Speaking of work starting my shift at work. No idea how to amuse myself for the next nine hours. OH frack it just dawned on me I forgot a cut of fabric so I can try to find a new skirt for anko. -sobs- Enough I find my self insecure cosplaying her after SOMEONE on here was so insecure abotu their body. I know my body shape is jiggly. I can't do 12 sit ups without X_X
ON to another day at work.

Oh wow, I just realized-- Prom is tonight.
Not that it matters all the much to me, I'm staying home. xD I'm sure this thread will entertain me between periods of exam studying!

Man, my mom's house is just alive with feathered friends. I'm here for the weekend and since getting here an hour ago there's been a pileated woodpecker, a pair of baltimore orioles, a chipping sparrow, a wren, too many red-winged blackbirds and robins to count, and copious grackles.
....and blackflies in clouds.

I'm doing my first party today. It's the one where I have to hold the sparky end of a Tesla coil and pretend like I can't feel it rattling every single organ in my body.
On the bright side, I have done almost 90% of the experiments in the kit, so I won't be scrambling around if something doesn't work properly. Hooray. |

I may go crazy this weekend. I work all day Saturday. Sunday morning, I have to do laundry, bake my mom's birthday cake (it's the day after mother's day), and clean a little- all before noon.

My mom and I got breakfast at McDonald's and then got our hair cut this morning.

Ugh. At some point today I have to get dragged outside to help Mom weed her gargantuan amount of flower gardens. It's hot, I don't have gardening clothes because I hate it with a passion, the blackflies are awful, and I need to get a shitload of sewing done. I'm only even semi-agreeing to help in the first place because it's mother's day weekend.

I just had two hours and fifteen minutes of the hardest teacher I've ever had. It was fun though.
But it was really embarrassing because I haven't really had good technique classes lately so the first time we went to do pirouettes in a combination I totally put too much force in and fell. Like, flat out fell, on my butt, in front of the whole class. Lol oops. But I'm actually motivated. And I feel good. First time in a few weeks. It's that time of year, when I kind of lose all motivation because there's nothing going on except homework. So I think I'll waste a little time with cosplay work before working on schoolwork. |

Sakura, I am in that boat exactly-- I'm finding ways to force myself to study for AP Exams and it's awful. That motivation is totally gone. (I'm glad you're enjoying that class, though! Good to hear that you're feeling better about dance again. ^^)
Emmers- Have you ever tried McDonald's french fries dipped in a McFlurry? It's beautiful.
