RE: Slenderman: I can't really find him creepy, either. The basic concept is sorta freaky: just some grotesque figure standing outside your window or an inhuman shadow striding past you in the twilight. But then, of course, they went ahead and ruined it with DETAILS and BACKSTORY and 4CHAN and whatever, so I have pretty much zero interest in Slenderman and his place in the horror canon.

3) Yeah, the current "canon" is like 40 something pages long. :/ At this point now, Slenderman rates between Homestuck and those booths that sell Meme shirts at Malls in terms of annoyance.

It's from the organization that had a table in the photo alley at AN2012. They do sales, breeding, events, outreach, etc.

I was talking about this guy.

I bought a pass for this year's AN --- I only used it once to get the artist's alley and left without checking any booths.

There's not a whole lot of content at anime cons that's in my interests :/

I love SCPs, but my favorites tend to be the non-creepypasta type.

Derp there's so many I like that I can't remember the name of. Reddit No Sleep user '1000vultures' has gotten huge notoriety for his stories done in the style of himself recalling childhood events leading up to trauma. I believe he even sells books of them now. Mr.Creepypasta on youtube has the first three or so stories up on his channel if you want to hear them audio-book style. For reals, these where insanely good.

The stories do involve pedophilia,kidnapping, implied child-abuse and implied rape at the very end. It's not done in a graphic manner, and comes to a head at the very end of the series.

My mom got clothes for the wake/funeral. I got a new skirt and light weight open weave black sweater to wear to the wake. (I froze at the same funeral home last summer).
The skirt is not for the wake but I fell in love with it. It's This:

But it's a lot darker and more blended.
