I used to wear colored contact lenses all the time because I wanted different colored eyes other than my usual brown. Now I just have clear ones in.

I've tried a bunch of different free samples because I thought it would be interesting to have green or gray eyes temporarily, but I've never found a color that looked as good on me as my natural dark brown.

Colour lenses? Lol, I have freshlook violets in right now. about to take 'em out though, my eyes are getting too dry after eight hours.

I like Freshlook. The green looked pretty natural to me, but I never tried anything else.



Sigh. Meanwhile, I'm sitting here, awkwardly trying to make conversation and failing miserably. I hate it when you meet a cute guy and they're fun to hang out with and now he's sad because of relationship issues and you like can't talk to him.
But he's cute. And now I'm sad.

They look like this on my eyes, for the most part (my eyes are grey) - http://www.cosplay.com/photo/3239874/ Though it's not the best photo; they've looked much more vivid in other lights. This was outside, no flash.

Yeah, they don't have an OMG PURPLE look. It's pretty subtle. You need to be within a foot of your face to really see it. Otherwise my eyes just tend to look blueish or paler grey. I have dollyeye violet lenses too. Can't put them in until February though, so they don't expire before i actually need to use them. But man I can't wait.
