EDIT: For those who don't know, Tomba! (originally Tombi!, no idea why they changed the last letter) was a "Metroidvania" style adventure game made for the PS1 which had a demo on the disk distributed with PS1s (in Europe at least) but an extremely short print run, meaning that while pretty much everyone played it, barely anyone ever owned it. Until now a second hand copy could go for about £90.
I'm fairly shocked the EU PSN store just got this. I always though the Europe Sony store was better than the US. Or was that Japan's?

Must be Japan's. I have to jump through hoops to buy stuff from the US PSN store all the time because games haven't (and may never) be release on the EU one.

are we still talkin about names because man do i have a story for you
for some reason no matter what people will always screw up my name - back when it was still Candler people would add an H so it would be Chandler, so it got changed to Kandler. Then at a french competition they mistook the D for an O L and called up a "Kanoller". I don't know a Kanoller.
What's odd is that its an anglo-saxon surname that means Candle Maker so you think they'd get it. .-.

Run Luna! NEVER LOOK BACK.

Had a pretty decent breakfast for once. I made a small amount of hashbrowns, an egg, and a banana.

I am trying to find ways to help feel more energized during the day and I know eating a nice breakfast will really help. I am thinking of taking up yoga again to help with my back pain.

I've never had back pain this intense since buckling down on my arty farts. It means sitting for hours out of the day and it just isn't helping my back any so I am hoping the yoga will treat that.

Thats so sad about cell emmers. Actually made me well up.

My last name is Block. As in a block of wood. My Italian film teacher once told me that it was a strange name to have. Uh excuse you? You're Italian who are you to talk?

Its strange to me that I'm half Irish and half Jewish but don't have a recognisably ethnic name from either side of the family.

In other news my body is pain. I have done far too much pole dancing this week. Even as I typed that sentence I thought how ridiculous a life I live.

I took ballet for a few months.

It sucked.

I liked dancing, but the groups where placed by age and not skill level. So I was in a class with girls (and one guy) who where dancing since they where in the goddamn womb or something, and I remember one day they had to do this move where you gracefully leap and spin from one side of the room to the next diagonally and the teacher gave me NO fucking practice and shoved me right into this and I literally had no clue how to do it and just lumbered across the room like an Amazon.

Easily one of the most embarrassing feelings of my life. But boy was my posture amazing during those times.

One time when we where doing the butterfly stretch, where you with with your feet together with your knees pointing out and lean forward while pushing your knees down as far as they can go, the teacher came up and put her leg on my back and pushed me down really far and kept me there and I was like "fuck fuck fuck ow ow ow".

The students didn't pick on me exactly, but it was probably kind of sad for them to watch me shyly struggle with no direction from the teacher. But to be honest, it wasn't really her fault. What was she suppose to do with a 12 year old who spur of the moment comes into her class with no training and her class is full of 12-15 year old's who had been in ballet for ages? I was the 'elephant in the room' so-to-speak, and she couldn't just stop everything the experienced kids where doing to teach me stuff they learned 5 years ago.

The set up with the classes was inappropriate for my skill level and I would rather have been with younger kids and been taught everything properly then shoved in with kids my age and having no chance to catch up.

As Grandma always said "Better to do too much Pole Dancing, then...hey do you guys carry the Hellsing manga?"

Oh wait, that was the stripper I had to help find manga for a few years back, not my grandmother. Only the only interaction I've ever had w/ a legit female stripper. (The only inteaction with male strippers I have involves a beach and casual racism, and not as exciting as you think that would be based on the given description).

My guess is that Block is the anglicized version of Bloch (pronounced the same) which is a fairly common Jewish name.

I once shared a taxi with a stripper and the boa constrictor that she used in her act. They were both pretty cool.
