I can kind of speak British, I just always wondered if they had an equivalent to the wonder that is American biscuits over there.

I meant with the different words for the same things... Like cookies vs biscuits and fries vs chips and all those other things.

I guess Canadians are a lot closer to speaking British English. Since we kept our ou's and zees and the metric system.

I just looked up the websites of the two independent candidates for my area's police commissioner.
One's looks like a tabloid, the other's looks like a template. FFS
