I feel like being at least fair to them. =/ I'm a little sad it didn't end up a smaller group with my friend Taylor and Megan and Keanna... it's like 17 people whom I hardly know.

Some of my co-workers and friends are really thoughtful

My Birthday was on Tuesday, and when one of my co-workers came in Monday, she brought a small cake as well as a candle. This wasn't anything planned as nobody else at the place expected it. Then today, one of my other co-workers gave me a Subway gift card for my Birthday. Normally when someone has a Birthday at my work, we just have a sort of pot luck party thing and that's it. These 2 co-workers though went out of their way to give me something on their own ^.^

I also have a friend who recently picked up something for me. Not a super close friend, but someone who keeps an eye out for things I'm looking for. I met up with him this week, and he just outright gave me the thing as a present. I was all ready to pay him the $10 or so, but he just said to don't worry about it and Happy Holidays. Then another friend today called me up randomly and asked if I was at home. He wanted to drop off the Christmas/Birthday present he had picked up for me. Again this was something unexpected

This week has just been great for me so far. Spent Sunday and Monday with awesome friends, Birthday Tuesday, not much Wednesday, met up with a kind of friend in Chinatown Thursday, and the awesome day at work today! Let's hope this weekend continues to be awesome! Great start to 2013 though ^.^

My laptop has been running really slow lately so I gave it to my mom to take to the guy she always takes our computers to to get fixed. So now, I'm going to be without my laptop for the whole weekend. I'm currently on my husband's.
