At first I was like "I CAN HELP" and then I realized it wasn't for arty drawing stuff so uh..no I can't help.

What are you looking for exactly? You might be better suited to looking for a prop/accessory commissioner rather than a costumer.

I'm trying to commission a pikachu tail and ears made out of that soft fake fur stuff. I'm not talking something something huge either. Like maybe a 2 ft. tail MAX. I have the rest done. >.<

That seems more like an accessory so you might want to look into prop makers instead of full on costumers.

I know that pre-made sets are available on various websites like Amazon and stuff but I am assuming your looking for something specifically custom made? You could put up an ad on dA or look on etsy but remember that your paying for another artists time so it's going to be more costly that way.

Any reason why your not doing it yourself?

My sewing machine crapped out. My grandmother was a professional seamstess but she can't sew anymore because of carpal tunnel (I can't spell) so when she visits from Colorado in July she is giving me her serger and sewing machine, so until then, I'm screwed. Even worse, A-Kon is in June. I was considering hand sewing it, but I don't know how well that would work/look because I have never worked with that kind of fabric.
