Also this. My attendance at panels will depend strictly on the ratio of perceived quality to time you have to spend standing in line.

I want to go to at least one, but I wonder about the interest for one of these --- the cosplayer ratio was really low the only year I went.

Otherwise, I just want to have announcements, I tend to check out of panels as soon as it ends up in 'audience input' territory.

Speaking of cons, why does it seem to be impossible for me to find hotel rooms within reasonable walking distance for cons? I am looking at this more than 5 months in advance, THERE SHOULD BE SOMETHING OPEN.

Apparently that rainy Nor'easter is now a snowy nor'easter. And we may get 6-10 inches of snow Thursday night - Friday Morning.

I wonder if my university offers Driver's Ed because a lot of people on campus can sure use it. I was almost hit by some jack-ass speeding and running a red light. If I hadn't slammed on the brakes, he would've t-boned me. At least this time I was alert enough to honk at him. Usually when I see such bad driving I'm in such shock that I fail to honk.

There's a snow storm going on here, and I honestly don't think it's that bad. Everyone on Facebook and at my work seem to think that it's awful though. Work let us out early which they never do, and roads were better today IMO than they were last Tuesday when it snowed here :/ Even decided to go shop a little bit after work XD

Really badly need a car wash now...Good thing that starting Thursday the weather here is suppose to be nice
