I think some higher power doesn't want me to get a new debit card. Mine expires next month and whenever I try to order a replacement, something happens. First, the bank was closed (although that was on Easter so I guess I'm not too surprised) and when I went to the bank today, the system went down. While I was at the counter. Wtf.
