Well for Otakon I'm planning to go as Chibitalia, only problem is I'm not sure as to use Chibitalia's "Maid" uniform:

Which one would you like to see more? Again I'm a boy so wearing the "Maid" outfit is a little uncomfortable for me. Oh, and I won't have to use a wig since we have the same hair color, I'm also a kid so I look kinda chibi, and the most awesome part is that we share the same birthday!

I think that if you feel uncomfortable with the maid one, then you should do his white outfit. If you don't feel comfortable, you probably would not have as much fun, IMO.

I have a new problem, I'm reconsidering cosplaying chibitalia, but I still want to cosplay hetalia. Any suggestions on hetalia characters that I could pull of? I'm up to getting a wig!

Just a note: The maid outfit is more common, as I don't think I've ever seen him in anything other than art wearing that white outfit. And i think you'd make everyone's day if you wore the maid outfit as a boy... (people would be like "Thats what Chibitalia would really look like! Omg!"). But if you're not comfortable in a dress, then don't do it. Do whats most comfortable for yourself. ^^

And about cosplaying someone else: It doesn't really matter if you can "pull off" a character or not. Its about having fun dressing up as your favorite character. So really, cosplay who you want. You don't have to look like em ^^

Though looking at your pictures... you're so young! So i'd totally want to see you as one of the nations in chibi form ^^

Do you think Sealand could be a good idea? His my fave and he is kinda young. I'd just have to lose weight, which i'm already working on, and buy a blond wig (which i need for another cosplay anyway).

If I did cosplay chibitalia then either way I'd be wearing a dress. I just found it harder to make the maid outfit since i don't have experience with dresses.
