Making my way through The Sandman again. It reads differently after five years have passed.

My favourite on a vein like that continues to be "Are you my Mommy?". I still giggle at one particular page/line ("Oh, you're not my mommy. You're a Snort.") 20 years after my Mom first read it to me.

My little one loves that book and laughs at the "snort" part also.

House of Many Ways.

I have read this once before and then I found it a little boring. It's interesting to notice that now when I'm reading it again a few years later, I don't find it boring at all.

^ Awesome. Same goes with me and the Bible.

I'm reading a Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens.

Author's Preface:

"Throughout its execution, it has had complete possession of me; I have so far verifed what is done and suffered in these pages, as that I have certainly done and suffered in these pages, as that I have certainy done and suffered it all myself."

Appetizing.

I've just finished reading the second Dresden Files novel (I'm not sure if I'll bother with the third if it's exactly the same thing again).

Also relevant: One of the publications that taught me to read is at risk of being discontinued.

I'm reading Candide by Voltaire, except for that it's for AP French, and I'm not reading the English translation - I'm reading it in French :|

The third one is my least favourite in the series. :-/ But the fourth one is about a convention!

I'm reading a bunch of books in tandem right now:
Dresden Files:
- Proven Guilty (book 4)
- Turn Coat (book 10-11?)

And the Harry Potter audiobooks, read by Stephen Fry. I'm seriously concerned about sobbing at work as I near Deathly Hallows. Mrs Weasley's boggart had me tearing up...
