I finished my big sister costume in the fall, if you need any tips for construction on parts let me know, that's looking awesome so far!

Yeah, the fans will probably help with the air circulation. It would be bad to see a Subject Delta on the floor at a con whose suffering from stale air flow. XD

Progress update!!
More pictures on progress of helmet and other bits. Helmet FINAL paint!!!  Handles  Helmet with LEDs powered on  Drill FINAL paint (and it does spin)  Boots  The drill does fit over my arm and the handle and trigger are inside and it all connects to a battery in one of the tanks on the back. The boots were done by taking some styrene sheets I was testing a vacuum forming table with and just using a heat gun to mold them to the boots. I've got material to make the straps for the boots as well. But, what does everyone think? Looking any better?
