My Dearest Cosplay,
To you, I'd give my life, and my heart, and we both know I've already given my sweat and my blood. We've been together for such a long time now without even realizing what the other was... I thought you were something I could only have once a year during October on a holiday, and you thought I was just some kid who wasn't willing to put in the effort to make you amazing, but we've both learned better. I may not be the greatest at building you up into something beautiful, and at times, I even feel bad when my work breaks on you, or even when I step back and realize that it should be unfit for use, but still, I let you have it anyways, knowing that being together makes up happier, even if we aren't the most beautiful couple. Right now however, I need to get you out of my mind for a while. Waiting for the e-mail regarding our coming excursion and possible stage time is making me as twitchy as a chipmunk raised on starbucks. I'm afraid if we're together before the news comes in, I'll become too impatient and ruin all the work I put into making this year my best gift to date. Don't worry. This isn't goodbye. This is far from it. I wouldn't leave you, even when my hair's fallen out, and my body becomes old and weak. I refuse to let you go, but for now, I need a little space.
