Nemesis
Well, I'm about to start revamping this.
I have a pretty good idea of what needs changing, infact I think I've got everything down for the revision, but I wanted to throw it out here to you guys.
I'm not really looking for color or paintjob critiquing, btw, I realize it's dead off at the moment

You might want to make the teneicles a little larger or more 3D, besides that... well the color of course... but it looks great!!!!

I just got back, and I'm in a halloween rush, lol, (so sorry for the short responce) should be wearing it to Animazement (the revision atleast)

Maybe it's the lighting in the photos but to me the skin doesn't seem dark and dirtied up enough. From what I see in your reference pics, Nemesis isn't exactly clean after all, aside from that I think the costume is great. STARRRRS....

Color is off, but it's less off in the right lighting
I think the same can be said for the game's cutscene version
though I've never seen a picture of him out of the shadows.
This is not to say you are wrong, I agree it does need a bit more of a drastic black "dirtied" look/ black mottling

Im working on making Code Veronica Tyrant and Mutated Krauser fer AnimeNext, and this looks like the stuff I wanna make it out of O_o
