Not even close. Wesker's looks like carbon fiber. This is a hexagon ripstop style fabric.

Anybody with a sewing machine. There's nothing complicated about his clothing, it's just a matter of finding fabric that looks like that. That hexagon ripstop stuff is generally made custom for backpacks, tool pouches, etc. I've never been able to find a place to buy it by the yard, or I'd be making some serious bank off of Vector commissions, lol.

I don't see his fabric ever looking blue. It's just got a somewhat reflective design for the hexagons. Honestly, white would probably look better. The problem I'd have with that fabric is that it appears to be a very lightweight cotton (judging by the description).
Think of the fabric that a quilted blanket is made out of (just the fabric, not the cotton padding inside or anything). Vector's fabric appears to be very heavy, and that fabric there would probably be the equivalent to a Halloween costume fabric (cheap, thin, wouldn't sit right, etc.) You may be able to make it work, but that's not what I'd use.

Thanks!, You mean the shutters over my lenses? I got some black shutter glasses and cut them into size.. its a good idea to anyone else doing vector. What are you using to light up the mask?. El wire is one way to go, but not bright enough in well lit areas, to me anyway! I was thinking LEDS but dont really know how to mount them inside the mask. Any ideas?
