Help! Ciel girl costume?
I wish to cosplay the girl version of Ciel from Black Butler. I've been looking for one, but they're all so expensive. Is there any way I could do this on my own? I have no experience with these things, though. What would you suggest I do? You know, to a person with a limited budget and zero experience?

Gown in general is not cheep. It require a lot of fabric and work. No matter you plan to make it or buy, it will cost a lot.

I wouldn't suggest this project to a beginner. Also the amount of fabric you'll need will mostly likely cost over $100. The lowest prices I've seen are on ebay but I can't vouch for it's quality.

I had this issue, and decided instead to go with the shorter version from the one lonely panel in the manga, this saved me- I kid you not- $100... I also picked up all my fabric on Boxing Week sales for between 40-75% off... the dress is only costing me $100 total...
