I know how you feel.
Drink lots of water, your brain is dehydrated thats why you're hung over.
Take some paracetamol or ibuprofen ect.
Have shower/bath to make yourself feel better.
Treat yourself to a good breakfast, bacon and eggs should be a priority.
Have a lazy day, do bother going out if you don't have to.
I myself didn't have that luxury on friday, had to get up early for a train to London to see a university. :P
