So How Much Time Do You Need To Get In Shape For The Con?
This is something we often get asked in the cosplay fitness board and varies from person to person depending on the shape, size, and character they cosplay. So here is a quick cheat sheet if you do everything under the best case scenario:
Skinny with a slight belly - One month of the beginners workout
Average with a gut - Two months beginners-intermediate
Larger than Average - One month beginner, next two months intermediate. - Be sure to modify exercises.
Anything more advanced I suggest Three moths of the expert workout. Be sure to pace yourselves when you do this workout as it is intense. Do not exercise on the forth week of each month in order to rest and recover from the intense workout.
