Question Material Advice: ETNA Disgaea

at first i was going to make this cosplay out of latex, but i am having so much trouble and can't get the latex to stick together. i figure, it is time for a plan B sadly
i was wondering what kinds of suggestions people have for the material i should use for this cosplay. it appears to me to be shiny, but that is just my opinion
so far i have thought of these fabrics
PVC- worried it will wrinkle though, and takes very good sewing skills which i feel like i lack
metallic spandex- worried it may be a weird shiny, but, would make clean lines on stockings and gloves. don't know how i would make the top though http://www.spandexhouse.com/products...llic%20Spandex
black matt vinyl- don't know if it has the proper stretch for this project
vinyl- is this any different from pvc?

any advice is highly wanted and appreciated

IIRC, "Kahindra" (I think that's the name she uses here, it's definatly the one she uses on dA) did a pretty good one. Maybe you could PM her and see if she'll tell you what she used?
Me on twitter.

To do; Dark Link (80%) Link (20%) Sheik (?)

Can't write, can't draw. Can code, a little.
