I've yet to see a thread for this so here it is:
The My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic meetup!

I know some folks who plan to do some MLP cosplays, but for the most part this will just be a hangout with other fans.
We'll be talking about the show, listening to the songs (if somepony is kind enough to bring working speakers,) and doing general meetup stuff.

Right now I'm thinking the meetup should be on:
Monday, 12pm outside the West Hall Lobby
The other three days are pretty much booked for all the big-name fandoms, so Monday should be chill for everypony and a nice way to end the expo.

Oh yay! I was thinking of doing my own Rainbow Dash, but that'll probably be for another time. ^^; I can't wait to see your pony cosplays anyways!

Yay. Monday's a good idea because we might run into enough random MLP people beforehand and wrangle 'em into the gathering.

I'm... not sure yet who I'm doing. It's hard to pick out male characters (and I'm too old/big for Spike. XD Put me down for either Big Mac or a male Wonderbolt member. o/

(I have a few friends who were considering Twilight, Rainbow, and Fluttershy, but we're all swamped with Artist Alley duties still) '-';; Will let you know when they're more committed...!

Aww! That's too bad! I would have loved to have seen more Rainbow Dash.

They where all bummed out "Man you're doing a panel and meetup at Anime North and Anime Expo has nothing" I'm pretty sure I just made his day by informing him, yes there IS a meetup at anime expo :P

Awww! I was hoping to find a pony meet-up on here, but I'm probably only going Saturday, and maybe Sunday. Well, anyone can come say hi if they want, I wont be cosplaying, since, no money for a wig right now, but you'll probably find me wearing an AppleJack shirt (Rainbow is my favorite though, it's just a really cute AJ picture. *w*) and MAYBE even carrying around a Rainbow Dash or Celestia plush, if I can get one done in time. Anyways, hope the gathering turns out awesome (at least 20% cooler than the other meetups)~

Really though, every other day is booked for meetups and the majority of bronies I know already have plans for those days. At least this way on Monday it'll be free enough to chill out as ponies. I'm still sorry about the inconvenience, but it was the only free spot.

I'll probably hang around on Sunday as Pinkie so hopefully I'll see you then!

EDIT: JUST KIDDING! I'm planning on going all four days now, as a volunteer, so just look for a girl wearing pony tees! I'll do my best to make it to the meetup. Looked at the prices for AX, and why go two days for $65 when you can get all for for $70? |:
