Deoxys Mascot
Ok so me and my fiance settled that he would do Deoxys while I do Rayquaza. We are either going to do the Defense form or the Normal form since they appear to be fairly easy. I guess I am just looking for suggestions on how to go about making either one of those forms. The arm parts are easy I can figure those out myself. It's the rest thats hard to figure out. ^^'

I would use upholstery foam. There's a great place where I live where you can get a huge pad for 20 bucks as opposed to getting the same size from Joann's for $70. I wouldn't know how to do the feet, maybe heels? But your best bet would be to use upholstery foam.
