The first one I translated into Quenya, and it says "Oiale mi orenya. Melinyel atya." Which means "Forever in my heart. I love you daddy."
The second I don't think is actually translated into Quenya or Sindarin, but its the quote, "Not all who wander are lost", from Lord of the Rings obviously XD

That's why I didn't understand the first one. I only studied Sindarin. :P
And yeah, the bottom is English transliterated to Sindarin-style tengwar (There's also a "do" in there. "Not all who do wander are lost")

Hmm, I might have to re-translate that one then. I just saw it on a LotR tattoo forum and liked it XD

I love Tengwar. ...I'm actually embroidering a border around an entire bedsheet set in Sindarin for my boyfriend as a Christmas present. It's been a month and I'm halfway done one narrow side of it. Though yah. For body mods, think I'll leave tengwar off and go with my first few ideas.

I currently have 0 gauge lobes and a 2 gauge upper cartilage. In the past I've had nose and lip piercings...and other things...but right now just the ears.
Also, one tattoo. |

I don't have piercings (even ears
) but I'm into weird piercings. But Boyfriend doesn't like piercings besides the ears.If I was skinnier, I'd want hip piercings. Clavicle piercings look cool, too, but the rejection rate is so high it doesn't even seem worth it. And tongue piercings but there are so negative side effects that it's not even worth it. My best friend is talking about getting her lower fraenum pierced and she already has her ears stretched.

I've thought about stretching my ears for years, but haven't done it. Mostly because I wouldn't know what to do if I had to dress up for a special occasion of some sort. (Though, I'm sure there are plugs that look like studs somewhere.)
I have 7 ear piercings, though. Two in each lobe, one in one cartilage, then an industrial in the other. I usually only have things in my cartilage though, because my earrings like to fall out of my lobes for whatever reason. xP I don't want to lose them, so I just don't wear things most of the time. There are other ear piercings I think are neat, along with certain surface piercings and lip piercings. Buuuut. I'm not sure if I would ever get around to getting them. u.u |

Another piercing I want to get is the anti-eyebrow. I think it's so pretty, but I know they have a high rate of rejection as well. :/

I have zero piercings due to my profession (anything other than basic stud earrings are forbidden). If I were to get anything, done, it would be a gauged industrial because I think they're sooo incredibly cool looking.
HOWEVER, I have 6 tattoos. 2 sailor jerry swallows on my shoulders, a Che Guevara quote on my back, Texas on my chest, an old single sail ship on my leg with a 80's punk quote, and the Texas Rangers logo on my calf after we made the World Series because I said if we ever made it, I'd get the tat done. |

I've decided to gauge my ears. XD I'm thinking of going down to a 6G.

I keep thinking of losts of different things for tattoos but never go through with them. They're pretty much all music related ones too which everyone says you shouldn't do. :/
But right now I quite like the look of this: (Arcade Fire - Funeral) I also kinda want this: (Los Campesinos - You! Me! Dancing!) And this: (Neutral Milk Hotel - In the Aeroplane Over the Sea) |
