Alternative chi costume
Ok so I made this frilly belle costume for Halloween last year and I was considering revamping the accessories I made for it (like a rose crown etc) and tacking on chobits ears and a chi wig.
Do you think that would pass as a cosplay because in the cover art for her there are several frilly Lolita type of dresses and I reaaally like this costume.
