Alder (Pokemon Gen V Champion)

I'm goona be cosplaying for the first time this summer, and I figured I would come here and get some more seasoned advice on how to go about construction the costume. I already have several plastic pokeballs for the neck piece and belt. I'm pretty sure I'm just going to buy a sheet for the shawl and sew on the red, orange and black edging. For the pants I just figured I would buy a pair of white pants and cut the triangle pattern into them. Any suggestions on where I could get/how i could make the wig? The sandals also.

Any suggestions/help in general is much appreciated :3

For the wig I'd suggest asking around for a commission unless you think you can style a two toned wig yourself.
For a two toned wig you'd need to sew wefts into the base wig. So the orange would be the base and you'd need red wefts to sew into the front. It's not hard to do I've done it, but it can be a pain if you mess it up. ^^'
