First post is up to date! So far looks like Friday has the most votes overall, and Friday Afternoon is winning by a lot. Keep the votes coming; I want to find the date that works best for the majority attending.

Somewhere between 1pm-3pm. I really wish AX was as organized with their gatherings as Fanime is, that way there's a master schedule that everyone could look at.

Well there is a Gathering list on the forums for this year's AX, but submissions aren't open til maybe March or April. Not quite sure.

Typically a list gets organised here as well. So hopefully we'll see it soon. Especially since the AX site is being more active.

Don't want to get any hopes up if it doesn't happen (last-minute changes is the common plague over here), but I'll come as a Mawile if I can get evertyhing set in stone as long as it's not Saturday.
