Vriska Serket Arm/Horn help

Hello All. I'm quite new to this site, but I was looking for a little direction in making horns and a "robot" arm for my cosplay of Vriska Serket. This character is from Homestuck by Andrew Hussie (which I readily recommend you read, it's wonderful). Here is a good reference picture for the horns:

And here is a picture of Vriska herself, in all her glory:
(Oh, and I didn't draw that; Andrew Hussie did. :P )
I think the arm will give me the most trouble, as it needs to be fully moveable, so I can bend it and use my fingers. And a note on the horns: A large group of my friends is planning on cosplaying as all the trolls from Homestuck, and my brother is going to be Tavros Nitram, who has HUGE horns. So perhaps a lightweight material? Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated. :] Thanks. <3

Horns & Arm

This tutorial for the horns makes light wight horns without the use of a head-ban or ruining a wig:
Horn Tutorial (plus it's pretty cheap to make good horns with this tutorial)

And for the arm, this way is a tid-bit more complicated than I would have liked but the results are amazing:
Part 1,Part 2

Or using this as a guide:
Easy Craft Foam Armor Tutorial
You can work an arm piece off the instructions. This way is cheap but maybe harder to move with this prop.

Hi there! I noticed you needed help with your Vriska robot arm.
Here is a link to the one I made out of a softball/soccer/ baseball sock that is knee high length and black and 2 sheets of craft foam.
It's all held together by hot glue.
I slid my hand through to the very end of the sock and then cut little holes for my fingers to fit through and after the whole arm and hand foam parts were completely glued on I began to make the fingers and glued the tops of the finger pieces to the top of the hole for each individual finger so that way I could keep track of all the pieces as a whole.

Here is the link :3 And if you have any questions on it, don't be afraid to ask!

As far as the horns go, I haven't made mine yet but there are several ways I've read up on how to make them. :3 Here is a link for those aswell...

I made my Vriska horns out of Crayola Model Magic, and it worked pretty well. But if you decide to use it to make Tavros horns, beware that thicker pieces of it will usually crack. You're better off making the general shape of them out of something sturdy and them covering it with Model Magic instead.
