cosplay contest
I would really like to enter the cosplay contest next ohayocon im not sure who to go as so i thought about making my own and putting it in Original Design. iv read the rules but im still not sure if i could enter a more oc costume or not and dont want to put a lot of work into it if its not alowed in. so if anyone knows if this is allowed please let me know
