Pokemon 2011?

I was going to just wait until someone else made a thread like this, but no one seems to have done so (either that or I just can't find it).

So, anyway, anyone else cosplaying as Pokemon (the creatures) or other Pokemon (the franchise) characters at A-Kon?

I'll be cosplaying as Gold from Pokemon Gold and Silver.

I'm going as Gary Oak/Shigeru from the first season (Will also have his Sinnoh outfit/the FireRed/LeafGreen one) and I'll also be bringing Black/Touya from Black and White (The Male trainer) C:

I think my brother's girlfriend is going to be taking her "Ash" costume I made for her. She said she will probably wear it as a casual costume. I put Ash in quotations because it's the shirt, hat, and pants like him, but she keeps her hair instead of using a wig, so she looks like a blonde, girl Ash. My nephew is going to A-kon for the first time too and he has an Ash costume I made for him that he might take. Too bad his younger brother isn't old enough for me to steal away from my sister, or I would have him running around as Pikachu and Charmander all weekend (those were his last two Halloween costumes I made for him).

I just thought I'd say that, at this point, it's unlikely I'll bring my Team Rocket Grunt cosplay. So... uh, yeah, it's a possibility, but it's slim.

Well, my brother's girlfriend has changed her mind. She, along with my brother, are possibly going to be Team Magma or Aqua...I can't remember which one he told me. But my nephew does still plan to wear his Ash costume. I might make him the new one from the Black and White anime. He wore his Ash costume this weekend at the mall at Nintendo's Pokemon Black and White Tour and had tons of people take his picture. He also posed with the three mascots of the new starter pokemon. It was so cute!

So after talking to my brother, he and his girlfriend are going to probably be Team Aqua. She chose that because she doesn't want to wear a skirt as Team Magma^^
