My grab and go cosplays have been nowhere near as elaborate as the ones you have listed, but I made Ness from Earthbound in about two hours -- shirt, yoyo and hat included. ( :

Ryou is my go-to cosplay if anything fails. I made his Battle City outfit in two days, but that's because all I needed to do was to paint a shirt, dye another, and straighten a wig. The ring didn't even take that long to make. :V His DK version took ten minutes to make, since all I had to do was sew some blue onto my sweater. I did that the night before I had to leave for my con. :'D
He's my favorite to wear, too. xD Both versions aren't terribly hot to wear, even if they require an overshirt.

My AHS Len Kagamine was a grab-and-go cosplay for a meet-up at the mall once. I threw his outfit together the night before. I don't like wearing him as much as my others, but the costume served it's purpose.

I usually have things done a week or two before my con, though. Cosplay is one of the few things that I rarely procrastinate on.

My Hatsune Miku magnet ver. cosplay is my grab-and-go cosplay. The little black dress is really a bargain!! When I saw it on the rack, because one of the strap tore apart, it costs like $4 +tax. ^w^ My aunt bought it for me long time ago, and my cousin helped me to fix the strap. After I put on the big white bow aroung my waist, ponytails wig, and the accessories/make up. I'm ready to go!!!

First and (so far) only costume, Team Rocket. I did it because I wasn't sure if I would enjoy the whole convention thing (a friend forced me to go). Now that I've done it, I've got a ready-made costume for Halloween and any costume events. It was very fast and easy to put together.
Upcoming Cons
Animazement 2013
Dragon*Con 2013?
Otakon 2013?

Upcoming Costumes
Merida- Brave- 0%
Ezio Auditore- Assassin's Creed- 0%

Right now, my Hungary cosplay. The only thing that takes a bit is getting my hair pinned up for the wig, but everything else goes on quickly and easily.

people die when they are kawaii

My Jessica cosplay took about two weeks to put together. It probably would have been faster if I wasn't at my sister's place when I decided to do it. It's a simple outfit to begin with and I didn't need a wig as I already have long red hair.

Really the thing that I came up with that sets me apart from other True Blood cosplayers (that I've seen) is the blood tear. It's easy to do, I just put a drop of fake blood near the corner of my eye and let it trickle down my face. I've never seen anyone else do this although most True Blood cosplays I've seen were Sookie where it wouldn't fit.

I threw together a Hitsuji de Oyasumi!America outfit the night before the con. It was a good thing I was planning it for a future con and already had somethings bought.

At this point though anything Hetalia is a grab-and-go cosplay for me.
Next con: Katsucon

What I'm working on:
(New) Mina Ashido (RPG) - My Hero Academia
(New) Shy Makishima - Marginal #4
(New) Haruka Tenoh (Cafe) - Sailor Moon
(New) Keito Hasumi (Dead Man's) - Ensemble Stars
(New-Maybe) Yoshiko Tsushima (Valentine's Day) Love Live!
