Need major help with a Ryo-Ohki costume!!
Hey, I'm looking for a Ryo-ohki style thing and I'm thinking just make a skin-tight jumpsuit and put brown fuzzy felt on it. But the ears'll be tough. Help please?? ><' And other ideas for the Ryo-Ohki will help!

Sounds cute, but I don't know if felt's the material you want to use for that. It's not stretchy, and if you get the wrong kind, it can have a rather "cheap" look to it. A sort of short brown faux fur might look better, though it could get more expensive, too...
As for the ears... What color hair do you have? If you've got brown hair, or maybe even dark blonde (a wig could work, too, if you like the idea), you could try attaching the ears (made out of the same material as the suit) to a headband of some sort, and line the insides with thick, white fur and soft pink material (maybe fleece?). All I can tell you for the pattern of the ears is that they should be reaalllyyy big, elongated oval-shaped, and pointed at one end, but you probably knew that already... Leave it to me to point out the obvious, ne? Oh, well... I hope I helped you a little!

I did a Ryo-Ohki costumes years ago, and while most of it was bad, I'm still proud of the ears. ^^ I took scrap fabric (remnent bin) in brown and pink and made a 'pattern' in the ear shape and cut out 2 brown half ears (one the mirror image of the other) and same with the pink. Then, I sewed them together with about 1/4" seams. At the head-end of them I sewed on short strips of brown ribbon. For the white part, there's foam sheets that would be perfect, you can usually find it in craft stores (like Michael's and Hobby Lobby) in the same aisle as felt. Cut that out in the spiky shape and also attach it to the head-end of the ears. My hair is brunette, so I just put in in pigtails (or you could do buns) over my ears and then tied the ears on. They were very comfortable to wear that way and the placement was pretty good.
As for the body, I've seen pictures of Ryo-Ohki cosplay done using the brown fleecy material that AnimeCat was talking about and it looked really good. I've seen it done as both full-body jumpsuit (think footed pajama-ish style) and as like a 'sexy' cabbit with just like a fuzzy brown miniskirt and crop top paired with fuzzy white legwarmers and armwarmers for the paws. Either style, I think fleecy worked very well. Good luck! Meow!

^^ thank you so much you guys, you're a big help. T tell the truth, I was just thinking of making the ears out of cardboard covered with felt. Yeah, AnimeCat, I knew that felt doesn't streatch, but I didn't know there was a felt-like material that streatched, so I was thinking velcrow, but then if I grow, It won't fit me any more. Thanks for the ideas for the costume, peoples! ^^

Aww, I wish I could but I don't think I can. Hey, how should I make the ears, help please? I was thinking either cover the cardboard with felt or use wiring to hold them up. Could you help me on this?

Maybe you should use something that stretches, like velour or stretchy fleece. They're soft too.

*has arrived* >.>;; Oh yeah, I like to stuff my costume ears with cotton, though it might make Ryo-Ohki's ears TOO puffy.....

Yeah, I know it'll make them too puffy, so I decided against that idea. Would felt covering cardboard help any? Or would that idea make the ears look too flat...?

Depends on how you do it.. to actually make them flat or puffy.
